RETURN POLICY - FLIPKART GROCERY and AGRO FOODS


  • FLIPKART GROCERY Does Not Have Any RETURN Service (until the product seems to be in serious damage condition). Although, while packaging the order every single article is being cross- checked and packed well in order to serve the customer with best of the quality.
  • As, FLIKART GROCERY does not stock up anything nor it has any physical store. It follows the order by a chain (articles are mentioned over the website- team members hunt for them in market- pack the order- delivers to the customers). No customer will be entertained, if he/she claims to receive an alternate as the Disclaimer already states that If The Article(Which Is Ordered) Is Not Available (Particularly During The Days Of Lockdown-Due To Shortage Of Stuff In Market) FLIPKART GROCERY Will Put The Best Available Alternate and If The Customer Has A Concern Of Not Accepting The Alternate He/She Is Requested To Leave A Note In The Section Provided (While Placing The Order-In The Invoice Section).
  • Still, in case there seems a genuine situation of Returning the product, the customer will be charged the amount (depending) for collection and providing the article back. All these conditions will be applied only in a genuine state and the amount also will be decided accordingly and if the customer gets agree, set amount has to be paid before collecting the article back from the customer’s place.

  • REFUND POLICY - FLIPKART GROCERY and AGRO FOODS

  • FLIPKART GROCERY Does Not Have Any REFUND Service (particularly for the customers, who place order outside Moradabad as, the Shipping Policy clarifies it well). If in case, there seems some technical issue (due to the payment gateway particularly, the customers are requested to stay on hold and bear with FLIPKART GROCERY as per the time is given to FLIPKART GROCERY (No Fixed Time and Date) until there is a action from the 3rd party is taken and the amount comes back to FLIPKART GROCERY. Once the payment comes back to the FLIPKART GROCERY and if the order is kept on pending, the customer will be contacted if there will be need of the same order to proceed the same will be proceeded or else the whole amount will be refunded back to the customer through the medium of UPI).
  • If, there comes a variation (shortage of the article, or anything which is considered by the team that can be replaced) that amount will be refunded back to the customer within 3-4 working days by the medium of UPI.
  • If any executive of FLIPKART GROCERY comes in contact with any of the customer for anything (on basis of mutual understanding) and there comes something which needs to be refunded, forsure that customer will be considered and the amount will be refunded back to the customer within the time limit given by the executive and through the medium of UPI.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - FLIPKART GROCERY and AGRO FOODS

  • FLIPKART GROCERY proceeds with the order once the payment is made and contact the person (whose number is mentioned over the invoice) accordingly, if in case of any cancellation the customer is requested to be attentive for the call as the team co-ordinates for the confirmation in this concern, customer is requested to receive the call and update accordingly. Orders placed after 04:00 PM are meant to go in proceeding for the next day delivery, in concern with this customer is requested if any change comes in front and wants to do any modification or cancellation in any product kindly contact on 9690000275 or else 8057222122 to inform prior so that order can be kept on hold and action can be taken accordingly.
  • Customer has the Right to Cancel an order within a reasonable time and before the order become a Started Order.
  • Once the order becomes started and the stuff has already purchased from the Partner Store (and cannot be returned) at that time, Cancellation Is Not Applicable, the order will be delivered to the customer and if the customer denies receiving the order, FLIPKART GROCERY will not own any kind of refund back to the customer.
  • Customers can cancel an order by contacting on 9690000275 or 8057222122 as soon as possible and take the confirmation (No Fakeness Will Be Implied- Appropriate Status Of The Order Will Be Shown). If the order remains unproceeded at the time customer contact, Order will be considered cancel.
  • FLIPKART GROCERY will cancel the order (if contacted within the time) and will update the customer accordingly once the order is cancelled. Customers will not be charged for any orders cancelled in accordance with this clause.
  • Any payment made for an order which is being cancelled by FLIPKART GROCERY will usually be reimbursed using the method of payment through UPI to refund back the funds back in 3-4 business days.
  • Any Order Which Is Cancelled After It Becomes A Started Order, Customer Will Be Charged (as per the invoice) and No Refund Will Be Provided.
